1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 48-72 hours of confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3–5 business days under normal circumstances.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on select orders, as communicated on the website.

3. Delivery & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delays or failed delivery.

4. Damages or Issues on Delivery

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.
  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@munkydunky.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

6. International Shipping & EU Customers

  • For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
  • Items must be returned in unworn, unused condition with tags, in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact help@munkydunky.com to receive a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Items sent back without authorization cannot be accepted.
  • To exchange an item, return the original product first, then place a new order for the replacement item.

8. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
