Refund policy

At Munkydunky, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and simple return and refund process.

1. Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must:

Be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, and with tags intact
Be in its original packaging
Include the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@munkydunky.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is:

Defective
Damaged during shipping
Incorrect

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
